General
1. By entering and participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below (Terms and Conditions) .
2. The promoter is Porta Limited, Company No. 9325727 registered address Level 20, HSBC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010 New Zealand (Promoter) .
3. The promotion commences at 12:00am (NZDST) on Wednesday 7 April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (NZST) on Sunday 3 May 2026 (Promotional Period) .
4. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.
How to Enter
5. To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a) Purchase at least one sheet of STRUCTAflor™ GP YELLOWtongue™ product from a Bunnings store in New Zealand;
b) Visit the competition landing page at www.porta.co.nz/competition ;
c) Complete the online entry form, including providing their full name, email address and any other required information; and
d) Upload a valid proof of purchase (e.g. receipt) clearly showing the purchase of STRUCTAflor™ GP YELLOWtongue™ during the Promotional Period from a Bunnings store in New Zealand.
6. Only fully completed and valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be accepted.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, misleading, fraudulent, or submitted outside the Promotional Period.
8. Limit of one (1) entry per person, unless otherwise specified on the competition landing page.
Eligibility
9. Employees of the Promoter and its related entities (as defined in the Companies Act 1993), and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, place of residence and proof of purchase) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Draw and Prizes
11. The prize draw will take place at 145 McKellar Way, Epping VIC 3076, Australia at 12:00pm (NZST) on Monday 4 May 2026, using a random draw process.
12. There will be one (1) winner drawn.
13. The prize to be won is: 1 x Makita 18V Brushless 15 Piece Combo Kit (DLX1514TX1 or similar) valued at approximately NZD $5,000 (Prize) .
14. The total prize pool value is approximately NZD $5,000.
15. Prize values are correct at the time of publishing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
16. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
17. The Prize will be supplied by the Promoter and may not be available for purchase in New Zealand. The Promoter will arrange delivery of the Prize to a New Zealand address nominated by the winner.
18. If any Prize or part of the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner Notification and Prize Claim
19. The winner will be notified by email and telephone using the contact details provided at entry within 7 days of the draw.
20. The winner’s surname, first name initial and region of residence will be published on www.porta.co.nz .
21. If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, the prize will be deemed unclaimed.
22. An unclaimed prize draw, if required, will take place at 145 McKellar Way, Epping VIC 3076, Australia at 12:00pm (NZST) on Tuesday 19 May 2026, and the winner will be notified in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be included in any unclaimed prize draw.
Personal Information, Privacy and Marketing
23. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use this information for promotional, marketing, research and profiling purposes, including contacting entrants electronically.
24. By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the use of their personal information as described in these Terms and Conditions.
25. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Porta’s Privacy Policy, available at www.porta.co.nz/privacy-and-credit-reporting-policy .
26. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Privacy Officer by email at privacyofficer@borgs.com.au.
Limitation of Liability
27. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by an entrant or third party arising from or in connection with the promotion or any prize.
28. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under applicable consumer laws in New Zealand, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
29. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at any time, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
30. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
